Our Dry Ice Equipment Means Business
ColdJet Aero 80
The ColdJet Aero80 is an industrial dry ice blasting powerhouse! Featuring an 80lb hopper, the Aero80 has the ability to run up to 7lbs of dry ice media per minute at 200+ PSI. This machine is ideal for jobs that require big power and results such as asphalt removal and concrete profiling and various large scale cleaning projects.
ColdJet Aero 40
The ColdJet Aero40 is the little brother to the Aero80. Many of the features are shared between the two machines, the biggest difference being the size of the ice hopper. The Aero80 offers 80lbs of dry ice media, with the Aero40 offering a 40lb hopper.
We love the simplicity, portability and power the ColdJet Aero40 offers. Often times our technicians are working in confined places or from mobile lift structures with limited space. It is critical to have the right machine(s) for the working environment to ensure quality and timely results.
ColdJet PCS60
Dry Ice cleaning machine
The PCS60 is the most advanced dry ice cleaning machine on the market. The name PCS stands for Particle Control Size with the ’60’ standing for the amount of dry ice media each machine holds. The ColdJet PCS60 allows our technicians to control the particle size of the dry ice media in real time without stopping. These machines offer the most flexibility when cleaning multiple surfaces but also save a considerable amount of dry ice. The less dry ice we use, the cheaper the service.
Merritt Industrial is one of the few commercial contractors in the United States to offer multiple PCS60s in their industrial and automotive cleaning fleet.
