Given our commitment to employing the best cleaning technology we were contacted by a manufacturer who was seeking a low-risk and efficient solution to clean their specialized CNC and assembly line equipment that was being installed in their new 60,000sqft USA HQ. It was imperative this equipment be cleaned for production purposes, but most importantly, cleaned without causing damage as their equipment was all developed in Germany and replacement parts are expensive and not readily available.
Prior to partnering with Merritt, the client procured pricing from three different firms and selected Merritt due to pricing, professionally trained staff and equipment scalability.
The client was working under a tight time window so we deployed three blasting machines to cover as much ground in an 8 hour shift as possible. It is important to seek a service provider than can not only blast, but whom is properly equipped with the secondary tools for the job (i.e. hoses, fittings, high cfm compressor, air dryers, safety equipment and staff)
